RECIPES

ITALIAN 75

1.5 oz Tall Grass Gin

Prosecco

¼ oz Limoncello (optional)

In a champagne flute, add Gin and top with Prosecco. For a citrusy twist, add a ¼ oz of Limoncello and garnish with a lemon twist.

TALL GRASS HOLDAY MULE

2 oz Tall Grass Gin

1.5 oz Cranberry juice

½ oz Lime juice (approximately half a lemon squeezed)

2 Sprigs of rosemary

Ginger beer

In a copper mule cup or a tall glass if you don’t have a copper mug, add Gin, juices, rosemary, and muddle. Top with ice and ginger beer and serve with a sprig of rosemary for garnish

TOM COLLINS

2 oz Tall Grass Gin

½ oz Simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water)

½ oz Lemon juice (approximately half a lemon squeezed)

Soda water

In a tall glass, add gin, syrup and lemon juice and stir. Top with ice and soda. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and orange wedge. Enjoy!

SNOWBIRD

2 oz Tall Grass Gin

½ oz Simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water)

½ oz Lemon juice (approximately half a lemon squeezed)

6-7 Mint leaves

Berries of choice

Soda water

In a shaker, add all ingredients and muddle, then fill with ice and shake until the shaker becomes frosty. Pour all contents into a double rocks glass, and top with soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of mint and serve.
