MAPLE OLD FASHION

2 oz Tall Grass Praire Gold Whisky

¼ oz Pure maple syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Add maple syrup and bitter to a rock glass.Add whisky and a large ice cube.

Stir until chilled. Express an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.

MANITOBA MANHATTAN

2 oz Tall Grass Praire Gold Whisky

1 oz Red Vermouth

2 dash orange bitter

Chill the glass,Fill a mixing glass with ice, add all ingredients stir well 30 sec until cold. Strain into the chilled glass.Garnish with Luxardo cherry
